The fight concerning President Joe Biden's (D) cognitive abilities has reached a tipping point as Florida Rep. Randy Fine (R) is calling out Democrats for overlooking concerns. The Florida Republican, who's a staunch supporter of President Donald Trump (R), is sure to make headlines with recent remarks regarding the incumbent president's recent gaffes. In response to President Biden's alleged cognitive decline, Rep. Fine is calling on First Lady Jill Biden to be arrested for "elder abuse."

Conversation surrounding President Biden's reelection campaign has largely centered around his cognitive ability to undertake four more years in the White House. Republicans have long questioned his cognitive state, and recent gaffes have even caused Democrats to accuse detractors of sharing "deepfake" videos to discredit the incumbent. However, Rep. Fine is not convinced, arguing that there are serious concerns that should be investigated.

"The Democrats are running someone who is literally mentally incapacitated," he shared this week.

Citing recent legal concerns regarding President Trump, Rep. Fine argued that "if you're allowed to arrest presidents, you definitely should be able to arrest First Ladies," adding that "the minute Joe Biden's wife steps into Florida, she should be arrested for elder abuse because what is going on there - no matter what I think of his politics - they are abusing an old man who has problems."

President Biden has responded to criticism regarding his cognitive state, downplaying concerns and reaffirming that he is in the best shape of his life.

"If the Democrats are so desperate to cling to power, they will run someone who literally should not be in the job, those are people who have no business being in power," Rep. Fine warned, noting that he is fully committed to ousting President Biden from the White House.

"Donald Trump has to win, and I'll be doing everything in my power to make sure that happens."
