Washington, D.C.- Senator Marco Rubio (R-Fl) is urging President Joe Biden take action in response to international waves of pro-Palestinian protests.

While some protests have called for a bilateral humanitarian ceasefire, others have been anti-Israel and openly anti-Semitic.

The latest episode of anti-Semitic pro-Palestine demonstrations happened over the weekend in the Muslim-majority Caucasus republic of Dagestan, Russia. Reports allege Palestinian supporters turned violent and broke into an airport to attack Jews who were rumored to be landing on a flight from Tel-aViv.

Senator Rubio was appalled by the attack and recommended President Biden react to prevent such events from happening within the US.

Earlier this month, Rubio filed a resolution urging President Joe Biden to rescind the visas of foreign nationals in support of Hamas or other terrorist groups.

Rubio’s statements are directed at professors, students, and any individuals in the US with a temporary residence visa, who publicly support Hamas or others in their war against Israel.

Last week, Jewish students in New York City’s Cooper Union University had to be barricaded inside the university library to protect themselves from pro-Palestine protesters.

The protesters reportedly pounded on the library doors and shouted slogans at the Jewish students.

“What I am saying is common sense,” said Rubio. “You’re a visitor…You’re here because we gave you a visa to be here temporarily. And now you’re out there defending and supporting Hamas, a terrorist organization. You need to go.”

Rubio took the latest anti-Semitic incident in Russia to refloat his visa cancellation proposition.

“We need to stop letting into America people who support this evil and the Biden Administration needs to drop their ridiculous opposition to my efforts to deport visa holders who sympathize with and support terrorists who slaughter Jews,” said Rubio.
