Pro-Palestinian Protestor Dismisses Evidence Hamas Killed Innocent Civilians

Share

On Sunday, The Floridian Publisher Javier Manjarrés was on the scene for the pro-Israel rally in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, which turned violent. Manjarrés interviewed a pro-Palestine supporter, who at one point stated that the “settlers” in Palestine do not have civilian status, nor should they be treated as such.

The dismissal by pro-Palestinian supporters of the atrocities committed by Hamas terrorists and their sympathizers is disturbing even as most of the videos being posted are coming from the terrorists themselves.

“The Hamas people, and the whatever militants, call them terrorists, call them whatever you want. But the videos that we’ve seen is that they’re entering into military bases and they’re shooting against military personnel. So that’s like a fair game, although it's really unfair because the Palestinians just have shotguns, machine guns, or things that any average American has, while the Israelis have the F-35 and the absolute superior military. So, there’s no equivalency here,” stated the protestor.

He would go on to mention that Hamas was not taking civilians as hostages but rather “prisoners of war” and were “treating them nicely.”

The protestor then incredibly states that the Israelis and foreign nationals that are seen on Hamas-controlled media coming out of Gaza, who have been visibly assaulted and emprisoned, were being treated "nicely."

“They (Hamas) were taking some prisoners of war, they were taking some, whatever, call them kidnapping, whatever they are, but they were treating them so nicely. I’ve seen videos of some lady that was in a golf cart. She’s an Israeli lady, she’s already been transported into Gaza, she’s sitting there nicely, respectfully next to the guy that took her in from the settlement. And the other Palestinians say ‘Oh, welcome to Gaza.’ Is that such a violation?” the man said.

Finally, the pro-Palestinian protestor said that “settlers are not civilians.”

“Settlers are not civilians because settlers have the right not only to carry guns, but to use guns leisurely and to be protected by the Israeli army. So the settlers there don’t qualify to be real civilians, yet at the same time: What I’ve seen, what everybody else has seen, I didn’t see Palestinians attacking civilians,” said the protestor.

At the rally, several pro-Palestinian protestors were confronted by a large group of flag-waving pro-Israel supporters in response to the terror attack in Israel that has left 700+ Israelis and tourists dead.

Punches were thrown and there was very little Fort Lauderdale Police officers could do but try to break up the scuffle by deploying pepper spray. The video below includes graphic language.

The Palestinian supporters, which numbered about two dozen in the end, faced off with about 100 pro-Israel supporters. The melee spilled in the street, blocking traffic, and forcing police to block off Fort Lauderdale’s busiest intersection.

The initial incident occurred when 3 Palestinian supporters were first confronted by a group of about 4-5 Israeli supporters. That scuffle then grew exponentially when other rally attendees realized that there were protesters standing about 300 feet across the street from them.

Police did the best they could to contain the chaos and had to deploy crowd-control officers wearing full riot gear.

Israelis Ministry of Defense share this video compilation of the war crimes committed against civilians by Hamas terrorists.

This is a developing story.
