Drag Queen Christmas Show Schedules Two Florida Events

Share

Like “Woke,” is Florida the place where Drag Queen shows go to die? The controversial “The Drag Queen Christmas” tour has released its 2024 holiday season schedule and there are two planned events in Miami Beach and in Jacksonville.

Last year, The Floridian first reported that the traveling drag queen show that took place at the Broward Center for Performing Arts Center appears to have exposed minor children to simulated sexual acts.

In response to the event, The Floridian has obtained Gov. Ron DeSantis’s official Executive address on the issue, where the Governor's office states that the DPBR is looking at all “video footage and photographs from the event,” and will take action and share any and all evidence with the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE).

One thing to point out here is that the show that is scheduled to perform is not called “A Drag Queen Christmas.”

This “The Drag Queen Christmas” performance could be a play on words by the same group of people that put on the original “A Drag Queen Christmas.”

Regardless, considering the legal problems they may incur if they perform a sexually charged event in front of minor children, the group putting on the tour doesn’t seem to mind and is perhaps looking forward to some free earned media.

According to the show’s official website and advertisements, there isn’t any mention of an age requirement.

In other words, it appears as if all ages are welcome.

During the Miami, Florida event, The Floridian was able to confirm that minor children were exposed to sexually-charged performances. One woman actually interviewed with us and acknowledged that her daughter was underage.

Both mom and daughter were happy to be there, and when we asked them what skit was their favorite, the “Screwdolph the Red-Nippled Reindeer” skit performed by Jimbo the Clown was by far their favorite.
