Representative Greg Steube (R-FL) has announced on Newsmax he was filing articles of impeachment against President Joe Biden. Additionally, Rep. Steube spoke on introducing the HUNTER Act, which would demand answers into the Secret Services' failure to determine a suspect in the White House cocaine incident early in July.

"Does the Secret Service know whose cocaine was in the White House? I filed the HUNTER Act because it’s time we get to the bottom of it," Rep. Steube tweeted.

To reiterate: a small bag of cocaine was found in a "heavily trafficked" area of the White House early in July. Despite this, the Secret Service closed the investigation due to a "lack of physical evidence." House Republicans and other conservatives suspected the Secret Service was conducting a coverup to protect the Bidens, with the First Son Hunter being the prime suspect due to his history of drug usage.

In the above clip, Steube emphasized this sentiment, saying, "We need to get to the bottom of the fact that the Secret Service is covering for the First Family."

"We need to get to the bottom of the fact that the Secret Service is covering for the First Family. There has now been reporting that [the person who left the cocaine in the White House] was somebody within Joe Biden's orbit. We all know where this cocaine came from. And you cannot tell me that the Secret Service does not know where that cocaine came from," said Steube.

The HUNTER Act would require the Secret Service to provide a full account of their investigation and identify vulnerabilities and recommendations to prevent similar incidents in the future.

In his press release, Steube called the Service's failure "unacceptable" for describing itself as "one of the most elite law enforcement agencies in the world."

"The United States Secret Service (USSS) refers to itself as one of the most elite law enforcement agencies in the world. It’s completely unacceptable that the USSS has failed to find who is responsible for bringing cocaine into one of the most secure buildings in the world. The American people deserve answers. My legislation demands information on the closed investigation into the cocaine found at the White House in July and focuses on how Congress can provide oversight to prevent future illicit usage of controlled substances in the White House," said Steube.
