President Trump Denounces 'Hoax' Federal Indictment (VIDEO)

Former President Donald Trump has been indicted by a federal grand jury on 7 counts of conspiracy, obstruction, and willfully retaining Top Secret documents. The federal indictment of a former U.S. President is historic since it is the first time it has ever occurred.

The impending charges stem from Mar-a-Lago estate raid where hundreds of sensitive documents were removed by federal agents last year.

The arraignment is scheduled for 3 pm at the federal courthouse in Miami, Florida.

As expected, President Trump denounced the “witchhunt” on Truth Social.

Trump says that the indictment comes down as he is leading both the Republican presidential candidates and President Joe Biden in all the public opinion polls, saying that “it’s election interference.” Trump also listed all of the  instances where the federal government has tried to trip up his administration and his campaign for president, citing the Durham report as vindication for the now-debunked Russian collusion conspiracy.

“It’s a hoax,” said President Trump.
