Republican strategist Roger Stone has been talking about Hunter Biden on his "Stone Zone" podcast and Biden’s lawyers are not happy about it.

In a cease and desist letter sent to Stone, and exclusively obtained by The Floridian, Biden’s attorney Abbe David Lowell accuses the legendary political commentator of making “disparaging or false statements that would amount to defamation” his client, Hunter Biden.

Biden, the son of U.S. President Joe Biden, is at the heart of a scandal involving contents found on a laptop allegedly belonging to him. Emails and other correspondence showing financial malfeasance, drug use and drug dealing and possibly illegal activity involving the transportation of prostitutes across state lines was discussed on the December 9, 2022, episode of the Stone Zone podcast entitled “Garrett Ziegler and Tyler Nixon Expose Hunter Biden’s Dirty Secrets”.

“He actually transported via Amtrak ..three women from Boston to New York City in December of 2018 ..who were about 19 to 24 across State lines for sex,” said Garrett Ziegler, operator of the website MarcoPoloUSA.org. Ziegler posted a full report of the contents of the Biden laptop on his website, which Biden allegedly left at a Mac repair shop in Delaware and never retrieved.

The contents later showed up on the Internet and contain a plethora of evidence of potentially illegal behavior involving drug dealing and illegal pornography.

The letter accuses Stone of violating Federal and Delaware state law by “hosting discussions with Garrett Ziegler about unverified personal data that you were told belonged to Mr. Biden and claiming Mr. Biden committed “sex crimes”

The letter concludes by demanding Stone apologize for his statements by March 31, 2023 or face further legal action.

In an exclusive interview with The Floridian this weekend, Stone called this letter and a previous letter he received “absurd” since the information on Hunter Biden’s laptop has already been reported by other publications.

“Surprisingly, Hunter Biden’s extremely expensive high-powered lawyers have now sent me not only one, but two threatening letters neither of one makes much sense,” Stone told The Floridian in an on-camera interview.

“Everything I know about Hunter Biden’s laptop I read in the New York Post or Breitbart News or online at the Marco Polo USA Foundation which has published all the contents of Hunter Biden’s laptop. Everything I know is in the public domain and from public sources.”

Stone says Biden left his laptop at a laptop repair shop in Delaware and never picked it up.

“Hunter Biden signed a service agreement that specifies that if after the repairs are done and he does not retrieve it after 90 days that the property reverts to the ownership of the shop owner. That would be John Paul Mac Isaac”, said Stone.

According to the New York Post, the laptop was seized by the FBI but not before Mac Isaac made a copy of the hard drive and gave it to the attorney of Rudy Giuliani.

“Hunter Biden is a public figure under New York Times vs Sullivan. The laptop contents can be contained by any American,” said Stone. “I will not be threatened into silence.”

Abbe David Lowell, attorney for Hunter Biden has been reached out to via email for comment. If a reply is received it will be posted.
