Aaron Bean Says Biden is 'Making Every Wrong Move'

After an 8-year tenure in Florida’s State Senate, Aaron Bean (R-FL) is running for U.S. Congress in Florida’s 4th District. While discussing about the “Biden Border Crisis” in an exclusive interview with The Floridian, Sen. Bean also mentioned other issues that are really resonating with voters this campaign cycle.

“First and foremost, number 1, it’s what I hear on the campaign trail every day, and that’s inflation,” stated Bean. “Our economy is in turmoil, particularly just because of the massive spending that our government is engaged in.

When asked how to control inflation, Bean gave multiple solutions for Republicans to tackle the issue should they regain either chamber – or both – in November.

“So, if we can do anything, if we can just put the brakes on this just out of control government that is forgiving debt or trying to forgive loan debt. That’s out of control, and that’s making the problem even worse. So that’s number one.”

Earlier in the year during the initial period of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, President Joe Biden (D) went to nations such as Venezuela looking to make a deal for oil in order to satiate the American need for the resource. As many Americans remember, gas prices rose to over 5 dollars a gallon nationwide during this time.

However, Bean is proposing that if the U.S. is more energy independent, then we could address inflation properly. Gas prices are still high, and Senator Bean disagrees with every decision the Biden administration has made in terms of energy production.

“It seems like the Biden administration is making every wrong move. Our strategic oil reserves are at their lowest level. Is it bizarro world that some of the reserves were sold to our arch-enemy China? I mean, it’s just out of control.”

When asked about his strategy before the upcoming election, State Senator Bean stated that they're going to be "doing the old style campaigning."

"We're racing to the finish line. We're going to be back on tv, we're going to be back in the mailboxes and that requires money. And so we're going to be raising money, shaking hands, kissing babies, doing the old style campaigning. If a group will invite me to go to speak or be in front of somebody, I'll be out there talking and shaking hands and trying to meet people."

Finally, Bean's campaign message is simple. And in his own words, Bean stated that "we got a great message and I'm proud. Our team is really focused on hope and people are scared right now and to let them know that if we make good choices, if we do the right things, then there's still our best days ahead of us. That's our message. We're preaching it."

Bean squares off against LaShonda Holloway (D) in November, and is expected to become the next member of the U.S. House of Representatives in North Florida.
