Erick Aguilar Endorsed by Veterans for America First

Dr.Erick Aguilar (R-FL), Republican candidate for Florida Congressional District Four, announced today that he has received the endorsement from the Veterans for America First Non-profit.

Veterans for America First (VFAF) is a national non-partisan civil liberties grassroots organization. The organization was established by U.S. Military combat Veterans and works in conjunction with Veteran service organizations, nonprofits, corporate sponsors, and government agencies.

VFAF claims their goal is to, "provide voice, support, and advocacy for Veterans, first responders, and patriots who believe in America First principles. The goal is to reverse the degradation of the culture on both local and national levels through honest conversation, policy, and community engagement."

Dr. Aguilar himself also served in the United States Navy and is also running as the, "America First," candidate as he previously told the Floridian himself.

"Erick is 20-year Navy combat Veteran and a battle tested and proven leader on and off the battlefield", said Stan Fitzgerald, VFAF's Chief Political Advisor.  “Erick’s campaign is rooted in the America First agenda where he vows to sponsor and champion legislation that takes care of our veterans at home instead of sending unnecessary funds to proxy wars overseas.  We need a veteran in Congress who is going to step up to the plate and address the problems facing our Vets here at home- Erick is that guy."

Dr. Aguilar also responded to the endorsement given to him by his fellow veterans, "I am humbled to receive the endorsement from the VFAF organization today," said Aguilar.  "Members of Congress today, including some RINOs, would rather send money to countries overseas and help fund wars than address problems here at home, even if it means less funding for our Veterans. We have Vets suffering from PTSD, homelessness, and lack of medical care just to name a few.  We owe everything to our men and women in uniform and I want them to all know they will have a champion who will unapologetically support them always when I go to D.C. next January."
