Rick Scott Calls Out Biden Over Inflation

Former Governor and now Sen. Rick Scott (R-FL) called out President Biden (D) today in a press release regarding the nation’s record-level inflation.

According to the CPI statistics, the price of food has gone up 8.8%, gas is up 48%, electricity is up 11.1%, meat is up 14.8%, milk is up 14.5%, baby food is up 10.8%, public transportation is up 14.9%, and rent is up 4.4%. As a whole (excluding food and energy which would make this statistic even larger), the pricing of all items has gone up 6.5% due to inflation.

“Today’s CPI numbers should be a big wakeup call for Joe Biden, but we know nothing will change. I have been sounding the alarm on Joe Biden’s raging inflation costs for more than a year, but while inflation skyrockets higher each month, Biden and his incompetent lackeys remain missing in action.” The Florida senator stated. “Since they won’t acknowledge the facts, I will: RECKLESS GOVERNMENT SPENDING CAUSES INFLATION. As long as Joe Biden is in office, families will continue to suffer, debt will keep climbing and prices will skyrocket even higher.”

Scott promoted this press release with a tweet stating:
