A group of female Democratic political strategists convened last month to discuss VP Kamala Harris' (D) supposed "media crisis."
Axios reports that former adviser to both Bill and Hillary Clinton, Kiki McLean, hosted a dinner with former DNC officials such as Donna Brazille, Leah Daughtery, Stephanie Cutter, Adrienne Elrod, and Karren Finney, who have all worked with top Democrats in campaigns and administrations.
This dinner supposedly covered the "best practices for fighting back against negative perceptions of Harris, as she has suffered a series of political setbacks in the first six months of the Biden presidency," wrote Breitbart News .
The group pins Harris' apparent unpopularity on the same sexism that plagued Hillary Clinton in her multiple attempts at the presidency over the years. The Atlantic reported Thursday that the Vice President is "frustrated" with how the corporate media treats her.
"Part of my frustration is the way that this system rewards sound bites" rather than "depth and thought." - VP Harris to the Atlantic's Peter Nicholas.
The Floridian recently reported that Vice President Harris has not been performing very well in popularity polls, showing to be the least popular Vice President in the last 50 years. Even VP Dick Cheney (R) or "Darth Vader" as known in the political world, has had more popularity than Harris even though she is the first black and female Vice President.
Although, the problem for Harris might not even be sound bites or her more than cringe-worthy responses to the Border Crisis. Several complaints about her office culture leaked, damaging her public perception, fueling concerns of infighting and sabotage within her administration.
