Rubio Pushing to Fully Investigate UFOs

With UFO sightings making a comeback in the media, the US Department of Defense has been forced to confirm that they have legitimate footage of unidentified flying objects, but this does not necessarily mean aliens exist.  Authorities have been very skeptical of releasing such information to the public, but Senator Marco Rubio (R-FL) is pushing to fully investigate UFOs.

As a ranking member of the Senate Intelligence Committee, Rubio has been very outspoken in regard to intelligence transparency, even advocating on a 60 minutes segment that we take UFOs seriously, stating "Anything that enters an airspace that’s not supposed to be there is a threat."

Rubio even placed a provision in the coronavirus relief bill that would enlist the government to make a full UFO report available, and the Pentagon has promised a non-classified report, which is a part of his proposal to have a system in place to catalog data found on UFOs.

The Senator has previously stated that members of our military have made contact with aircraft that have "superior capabilities," often describing UFOs as a "threat," that we should be prepared for.

The Floridian caught up with Senator Rubio and asked if the American people could possibly see any revelations on the issue.  Rubio responded, "We cannot allow the stigma of UFOs to keep us from seriously investigating this," adding, "The forthcoming report is one step in that process, but it will not be the last.”

If Rubio's rhetoric on the matter is any sign that full government transparency on UFOs is coming, we should expect to have the "Close Encounters"answer soon.
