Former President Trump and former First Lady Melania Trump announced the launch of their official website, designed to help supporters stay in touch with them and request personalized greetings or their participation at events as he continues to plot his return to political life.

The website, 45office.com, according to a brief statement announcing the site launch will allow supporters and “individuals to submit correspondence, scheduling requests, and press inquiries.” The site’s “Home” page states Trump’s Office of 45 is “committed to preserving the magnificent legacy of the Trump Administration” and “advancing the America First agenda.” It explains how the former president’s office seeks to provide through “civic engagement and public activism” that would “strive to inform, educate, and inspire Americans from all walks of life as we seek to build a truly great American Future.”

“Through this office, President Trump will remain a tireless champion for the hardworking men and women of our great country – and for their right to live in safety, dignity, prosperity, and peace,” the website home page states.

The “About” page details Trump’s achievements and record in office, stating that he “launched the most extraordinary political movement in history, dethroning political dynasties, defeating the Washington Establishment.” It also shares the former president and first lady’s biographies prior to becoming the First couple and touts both of their records from the last four years.

The site also details the former first lady “Be Best” initiative she launched in 2018. The three-pillar campaign was dedicated to challenges and issues impacting the lives of children, while emphasizing the importance of children’s physical, social, and emotional well-being. Melania has devoted creating her post-first lady office to maintaining her ‘Be Best’ campaign and has hired at least three of her former White House staff.

The new site also welcomes people to “share your thoughts” via submission forms, noting the Trumps “enjoy hearing from the American people. Members of the public can also request a greeting from the former First couple dedicated for a special occasion.

Since leaving the White House, Trump has slowly been plotting his comeback and connecting with supporters following his ban from the majority of social media platforms in the wake of the Jan. 6 Capitol riot. The former president first set up the official “Office of 45” shortly after his successor, President Biden took office. For about a month, Trump had a very low profile, only making a few tv appearances on the day it was announced that radio conservative icon, Rush Limbaugh passed away.

Following his CPAC remarks late last month, the first remarks since leaving the White House, Trump has slowly reemerged by sending out emailed press releases of endorsements, lengthy statements criticizing Biden’s and his administration over their handling of the border crisis, as well as continuing his revenge attack towards Republican lawmakers that have turned their backs on the former president.

In a series of TV and radio interviews last week, Trump said he has actually enjoyed emailing “more elegant” press releases than using Twitter to get his message out over tweets, arguing that big tech like Twitter and Facebook did him “a favor” in removing him from their platforms.

Trump senior adviser Jason Miller revealed last week to Fox News that the former president is set to make an online comeback within the next “two or three months” with the creation of “his own platform.”

The former president has pledged to play an active role in Republican politics ahead of the 2022 midterm elections. So far, Trump has endorsed a number of candidates and detailed plans to back primary challengers targeting several Republicans that he sees as disloyal.
