White House Trade Advisor Peter Navarro released his second report on the massive election fraud Tuesday, documenting the Democratic Party’s year-long effort to “steal” the election from President Trump.

Volume Two, dubbed “The Art of The Steal,” Navarro detailed the sequel of a two-pronged approach Democrats took to cause President-elect Joe Biden’s “narrow and illegitimate ‘victory'” by more than 7 million votes in the general election, which earned him the same 306 Electoral College votes Trump won in his “landslide” 2016 win.

According to Navarro, the two-pronged Grand “Stuff the Ballot Box” Strategy relied primarily on “legislative and rule changes” known as prong one to expand access to absentee and mail-in ballots while relaxing protocol requirements such as ID verification and reduced signature matching requirements. Admitting the rule changes were necessary due to the Coronavirus pandemic and legal based on the State Legislatures law, however, Navarro pointed the second prong consisting of Democrats seizing on the pandemic to relax these changes as well as “also bent, and arguably sometimes broke, the rules or the law.”

The second volume of Navarro’s work was released one day before Congress meets to certify the Electoral Colleges results. The ceremonial event is seen to be a showdown with Republicans from both the House and Senate have announced their plans to object to the certification vote.

“Volumes 1 and 2 of the Navarro Report — “The Immaculate Deception” and “The Art of the Steal” — together make the strong case for a full investigation of the election irregularities and strategic gaming of our political process that in all likelihood have led to a stolen presidential election,” Navarro concluded. “Any such investigation must begin immediately as this nation simply cannot risk the inauguration of a president who will be perceived by a large segment of the American people as illegitimate.”

Navarro’s first report released on Dec. 17 dubbed “The Immaculate Deception,” which summarized and categorized evidence of election theft.

In the “Immaculate Deception” report, Navarro examines six dimensions of alleged election irregularities across six key battleground states to “assesses the fairness and integrity of the 2020 Presidential Election. The six dimensions of voting irregularities in the report include: outright voter fraud, ballot mishandling, contestable process fouls, equal protection clause violations, voting machine irregularities, and significant statistical anomalies.

The 36-page report concludes that “patterns of election irregularities … are so consistent across the six battleground states that they suggest a coordinated strategy to, if not steal the election, strategically game the election process in such a way as to … unfairly tilt the playing field in favor of the Biden-Harris ticket.”

The report outlines examples of incidents that occurred in states like Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin with ballots allegedly being illegally harvested and dumped into drop boxes. He noted the Election Committee in Wisconsin “illegally positioned” 500 dropbox in substitute “for collection of absentee ballots” despite the state saying the use is “illegal by statute” and were “disproportionately located” in heavily Democratic areas.

Navarro slammed the media for refusing to report and investigate the president’s and the “growing number of legitimate grievances” claims of election irregularities.

“This was theft by a thousand cuts across six dimensions and six battleground states rather than any one single “silver bullet” election irregularity. In refusing to investigate a growing number of legitimate grievances, the anti-Trump media and censoring social media are complicit in shielding the American public from the truth. This is a dangerous game that simultaneously undermines the credibility of the media and the stability of our political system and Republic,” the report stated.

In concluding his report, Navarro argues that “the failure to aggressively and fully investigate” the elections irregularities he reported in the three dozen page report “signals a failure not just of our anti-Trump mainstream media and censoring social media but also of both our legislative and judicial branches.”

A week after unveiling “Immaculate Deception,” Navarro updated in her personal and private capacity his first report with numbers from the state of Michigan using additional data and documents that unveiled at least 400,000 illegal votes in the state of Michigan, more than twice the alleged victory margin of the 150,000 votes Biden won.

The Trade Advisor posted a video where he pointed to data from Wayne County, the state’s most populous and heavily Democratic. Navarro said his investigation found that 174,384 absentee ballots were cast in Detroit and “illegally counted” since the voter roll showed the individual voter had no registration numbers.

He said some or all of these issues were found in six battleground states and “may well be the greatest political scandal in U.S. presidential history.”

Since Election Day, the Trump campaign, state GOP and other third-party groups have pursued several dozen legal challenges in an attempt to contest the election results in the six battleground states. However, a majority of those challenge efforts have been shot down, withdrawn, or dismissed, including an interstate Supreme Court challenge brought on by Texas Attorney General that was backed by 19 other Republican attorneys general and more than 120 Republican Congress members joining the suit with an amicus brief.
