As votes continue to pour in from Arizona, Georgia, North Carolina, Nevada and Pennsylvania, President Donald Trump (R) has signaled that he will seek out a recount in Wisconsin while also moving forward with a number of lawsuits in response to what he believes is rampant voter fraud. As such, Trump supporters have also responded by organizing a number of protests outside of election sites, and the message espoused is one of anger, arguing that Democrats are mobilizing voter fraud in order to steal the election from President Trump.
Though the argument has been launched at states such as Michigan and Wisconsin, California now also finds itself at the center of controversy after a video went viral of ballots being collected by individuals that did not directly identify themselves.
Although California has historically thrown their 55 electoral college votes behind Democratic candidates in general elections, the incident in question is alleged to have taken place in Reseda, California.
In response, the Twitter user filmed the two individuals in question and tagged Donald Trump, Jr, commenting that "this happened today after the election about three hours ago in Reseda California FYI."
Currently, according to the electoral college map, President Trump is trailing Vice President Joe Biden (D) by a wide margin with Vice President Biden amassing 264 electoral college votes compared to President Trump's 214 electoral college votes.
Since Election Day, President Trump has commented that he still has a path to victory on the electoral college map, but he has taken to Twitter to slam the election process, arguing that "the damage has already been done to the integrity of our system, and to the Presidential Election itself."
The response from the President has drawn some criticism from both Republicans and Democrats, and all eyes are on the map as votes continue to be reported and both the Trump campaign and the Biden campaign brace themselves for limitations and litigations.
