Republican Mike Giallombardo continues to receive endorsements in his bid for Florida House of Representatives, District 77 as State Representative Ray Rodrigues (R) has just formally endorsed Giallombardo’s campaign.
In a statement, Rodrigues commented that “it is imperative that we send principled conservatives to Tallahassee that we can trust to never waver in their principles.” For Rodrigues, “Mike Giallombardo was battle tested in Iraq, and I know he will bring that same courage to the fight to protect our conservative values in the Florida House.”
In response to the endorsement, Giallombardo expressed that “Ray Rodrigues has proven himself as a trusted conservative who led the charge in the fight against illegal immigration, to protevt the unborn, and to restore our water quality.” He added that he is “among many who look up to Ray Rodrigues for his leadership,” and Giallombardo thanked Rodrigues “for his service to our state.”
The endorsement comes a few days after Florida State Representative Spencer Roach (R) announced that he was endorsing Giallombardo, saying that his “focus is on building a strong team to speak with one voice on behalf of Southwest Florida.” In short, Roach noted that “Giallombardo is the best candidate to fill that role.”
