NPR reporter equates D-Day landings to anti-American and cowardly ANTIFA

In commemoration of the 76th anniversary of the June 6, 1944, D-Day Landing by Allied Forces on German-controlled France, millions of Americans took to social media and attended public events to honor those men hit the beaches of Normandy to stop the Nazi aggression that had consumed Europe and threatened the American way of life.

But while most American celebrated the bravery of those men who fought and died to end oppression, the racially-charged riots continue in the U.S., many of which are fueled by Black Lives Matters militants and anarchists like ANTIFA whose sole purpose is to cause distraction and harm those who do not subscribe to their jaded ideology.

No one would ever equate the Allied heroism on D-Day to the currently masked cowardliness of a bunch of rag-tag leftist extremists that call themselves ANTIFA, right?

Enter National Public Radio (NPR) political correspondant Mara Liasson, a 35-year media veteran.

Liasson inexplicably retweeted an image of the D-Day invasion by 150,000 Allied forces and 87-day subsequent push into France, calling those events “Biggest antifa rally in history,” and trivializing the sacrifices the tens of thousands of soldiers made as being a mere protest rally.

Liasson’s tweet should enrage every single American, Canadian, Frenchman, and Englishman.

Rep. Brian Mast (R), an injured combat veteran of the Iraq War summed it all up in his response to The Floridian’s request for comment.

“WWII and D-Day veterans are American heroes, ANTIFA are anti-American zeroes,” stated Rep. Mast.

President Donald Trump has coined the term “Fake News” to depict those media outlets and correspondents who propagate news that is false, partly false, or pushes a false liberal agenda-driven narrative.

It is fair to say that Liasson just made the president’s case, again.
