2020 Democrats attack Biden, Obama's legacy

Share

Before the 2020 Democratic presidential debate that included Vice President Joe Biden and Sen. Kamala Harris took place, no one expected that the attacks against Biden would be attacks against President Barack Obama’s entire presidential legacy.

2020 Democrats had no choice but to attack Biden, but in doing so, they indirectly questioned and attacked Obama’s policies.

By attacking Biden over Obama’s immigration and healthcare policies, to name a couple, they all-but made the case Republicans have been making for years, saying that Obama’s failed policies were detrimental to Americans.

Harris, Corey Booker, Julian Castro, and others question Biden over the Obama Administration’s mass deportation policy and questioned Obamacare.

Castro, who served in the Obama administration, said that he learned from his mistakes, and Biden did not.

Obama’s deporting of criminal illegal aliens was a mistake?

New York Mayor Bill de Blasio was very active and able to articulate his message, but he too questioned Obama’s immigration policy.

“Did you say those deportations were a good idea,” questioned Mayor Bill de Blasio

Democratic Pundits like Paul Begala and Joe Scarborough, both expressed their concern and disdain for the way the candidates dressed-down Obama’s legacy.

It was brutal how the candidates questioned and attacked Biden over the policies he helped drive while he was Vice President of the United States, the same policies they all supported.

It’s interesting to note that these same anti-deportation Democrats did not oppose the Obama administration while the deportations were occurring.

Trump 2020 National Press Secretary Kayleigh McEnany pointed out that Biden said that he would continue Obama’s immigration deportations, even as Biden supports giving illegal aliens taxpayer-funded healthcare.

McEnany also brought up a moment in the debate where she says Biden lost middle America when he stated that he wanted to “eliminate all fossil fuels,” which would be a direct affront to the auto, coal, and oil industries.

If this sort of political party infighting continues, President Donald Trump will easily defeat whoever the Democrats nominate.
