The Trump campaign is doing a bit of a rain dance this morning, after announced their latest fundraising haul.
President Trump has announced that his campaign, combined with his other presidential fundraising committees, and the Republican National Committee (RNC), raised a “yuge” Q2 fundraising haul of $105 million.
According to the campaign and the RNC, Trump has $100 million cash on hand. Of the $100 million, Team Trump has raised $54 million and the RNC raised $51 million.
"Our massive fundraising success is a testament to the overwhelming support for President Trump,” said Brad Parscale, Campaign Manager for Donald J. Trump for President. "No Democrat candidate can match this level of enthusiasm or President Trump’s outstanding record of results."
"The RNC’s record-breaking fundraising has allowed us to identify troves of new supporters online and continue investing in our unprecedented field program," said RNC Chairwoman Ronna McDaniel. “Our grassroots army is already hard at work–putting us in prime position to re-elect President Trump and Republicans across the country.”
2020 Democratic presidential hopeful announced that his campaign recently raised $25 million, while Sen. Kamala Harris announced that she raised $2 million in the 24-hour period following her debate performance in Miami last week.
