Vice President Joe Biden is way up in the polls again, and the rest of the field has dipped a bit in popularity, but Biden still appears to be the most vulnerable of the bunch.
The second batch of Democratic presidential debates are this week, and Kamala Harris, who all-but won the first debate, is down-playing her upcoming debate appearance saying that she hopes she doesn't mess things up.
You can expect the field of candidates to zero in on Biden, especially hit him on the controversial crime bill he supported while he was in the Senate.
Meanwhile...
Elizabeth Warren is blaming "corporations" for all the ills of the world, even accusing "corporate interests" of all-but buying or "capturing" the courts.
"We need judges who value justice for all, not just for the rich and powerful," stated Warren
Pete Buttigieg is blaming the tragic Gilroy, California shooting on existing gun laws, saying that the shooting was a consequence of "inaction of gun violence."
Kamala Harris just announced her "Medicare for All" plan, but how different will it from Bernie Sanders' socialist-like Medicare plan.
Sen. Bernie Sanders referred to the City of Baltimore as "third world country," yet Democrats do not call him a racist. They do call Trump a racist for drawing attention to the city's high crime rate.

Death row inmate seeks stay of execution by The News Service of Florida
With an execution scheduled Aug. 22, attorneys for Death Row inmate Gary Ray Bowles on Friday asked the Florida Supreme Court to grant a stay of execution and to order a hearing about whether Bowles is intellectually disabled.
Because it's his job to do so, CFO Jimmy Patronis is sounding the alarm over the recent Capital One data breach of 100 million of their customers.
AG Commissioner Nikki Fried has hired on Karol Molinares as her Deputy Communications Director. With Fried already having employed half of the Democratic Party's operatives (just kidding), it's a safe bet that Democrats intend to hold down the agriculture fort.

The Court of Guatemala processes two amparos against the immigration pact with the United States by Telemundo
The Constitutional Court of Guatemala, which is the highest court in the country, accepted two amparos promoted by lawyers against the asylum migration agreement signed by the Guatemalan and US Government on Sunday . The Court asked the President, Jimmy Morales, the Chancellor, Sandra Jovel, and the Minister of Interior (Interior), Enrique Degenhart, to deliver reports on the immigration agreement signed on Friday within 48 hours. The pact was described by the US president, Donald Trump, as an agreement to make Guatemala a "safe third country," despite Morales denying it.
One of the amparos, promoted by the ex-teacher and ex-advisor of President Morales, lawyer Marco Vinicio Dávila Mejía, was delivered last Friday night at the Constitutional Court, which accepted him for processing on Saturday and confirmed it to the press until on Sunday, when the president and other interested parties were notified.
The second amparo - which had not yet been notified to the parties - was filed and accepted this Sunday by the director of the Guatemalan chapter of International Transparency, Citizen Action, Edie Cux, who said that the alleged "agreement against asylum" remained a "agreement of a safe third country, only with the name changed".
Cux explained in his Twitter account that after analyzing the asylum agreement he realized that "one of the main purposes of (Donald) Trump is not to have to deal with migrant children and he delegates them to Jimmy (Morales), who he allowed 56 girls to die in the safe home fire "and accused the Guatemalan president of" selling homeland. 25 Arrested in Online Predator Sting by WSVN 7 Miami
SARASOTA, Fla. (WSVN) — Over two dozen men have been arrested in a four-day sting to find online predators.
The Sarasota County Sheriff’s Office announced the arrests of 25 people during Operation Intercept VI. Detectives said the suspects range in age from 19 to 65, and they all traveled with the intent of having sex with a child.
Deputies said the suspects responded to Internet-based ads, online apps and social media where they engaged in “sexually explicit written and verbal conversations.”
“Unfortunately, the internet allows for easy and anonymous access to children by strangers who are hiding behind a computer screen. That is why these operations are paramount to ensuring our most vulnerable population is safe and protected,” Sheriff Tom Knight said. “The men arrested during this operation managed to blend into society and attempted to prey on children by developing a trust through promises to exploit them for sexual purposes.”
Detectives also warned about
mobile apps that predators may use to target children. The list is an updated list from last year which initially consisted of nine apps. Detectives have now added an additional six apps.
The list includes Bumble, Snapchat, Kik, LiveMe, Holla, Whisper, Ask.fm, Calculator%, Hot or Not, MeetMe, Grindr, SKOUT, WhatsApp, TikTok and Badoo.
