President Donald Trump has just announced that Venezuela's Nicolas Maduro is willing to come to the negotiating table with the opposition party after the U.S. imposed crippling sanctions, including "cutting off" his country's oil revenues.
Just a few days ago, National Security Advisor John Bolton announced that state-run oil company, PDVSA, would have all of it's "interests" and "property" blocked. In addition, the sanctions would also prohibit any US citizen from having financial dealings with the oil company.
