Marco Rubio a "Yes" vote for Kavanaugh

Share

As expected, Florida Senator Marco Rubio (R) will vote in favor of Judge Brett Kavanaugh when his nomination comes before the full senate at 10:30am Friday.

With the news that the FBI investigation turned out to "corroborating evidence" for Dr. Christine Blasey Ford's sexual assault allegations,  moderate Republicans like Sen. Jeff Flake, Murkowski and Collins will most likely support Kavanaugh as well.

Rubio's fellow Floridian, Senator Bill Nelson (D), has already stated that he would oppose Kavanaugh.
