Wasserman Schultz says Ford deserved to be heard, Kavanaugh vote should not be rushed

Share

Congresswoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz (D) has stated that the allegations made against Judge Brett Kavanaugh are "serious and credible" and "deserver to be fully heard."

Wasserman Schultz added that "rushing"  to promote Kavanaugh was "reckless and irresponsible."

With both Dr. Christine Blasey Ford and Judge Brett Kavanaugh having their day in court, so to speak, Republicans on the Senate Judiciary Committee have push for a vote to confirm later today.

Were the hearings fair to both Ford and Kavanaugh?

Do Americans know enough about all the allegations made against Kavanaugh, or does the FBI need to get involved?

A key swing vote, Sen. Jeff Flake (R), says he will vote for Kavanaugh, while Florida Sen. Bill Nelson will vote against him.
