The Brett Kavanaugh SCOTUS nomination saga continues, as Republicans dig in and prepare for an all out fight with Democrats over 35-year-old sexual assault allegations.

Democrats believe that Kavanaugh's confirmation would sway the Supreme Court towards the Alito side of the court, and jeopardize Roe vs. Wade.

Now a second accuser has come forward, alleging that she had a sexual encounter with Kavanaugh during college, but details of the event are unclear and questionable at best.

Kavanaugh spoke to Fox News about the allegation, wholeheartedly denying these accusations ever occurred, stating that hew was not going to "let false accusations drive" him out of the "process."

"I know Im telling the truth. I know my lifelong record. I'm not going to let false accusation drive me out of this process."- Judge Brett Kavanaugh
